This website is operated by a small local business based in Paphos, Cyprus. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below.
2. Products
We offer fresh, locally produced agricultural products including olive oil, almonds, seasonal vegetables, fruits, and figs. All products are subject to availability and may be marked as In Stock, Out of Stock, or Coming Soon.
3. Pricing
Prices are subject to change in accordance with the Cyprus government “e-Kalathi” system and current market conditions. We ensure transparency and compliance with local pricing regulations.
4. Orders
All orders must be placed through our website. Once an order is submitted, it is considered confirmed only after payment has been completed.
5. Payment Methods
We accept payments via Quick Pay (Bank of Cyprus) and Revolut. Orders are processed only after full payment is received and cleared in our account.
6. Delivery
We currently offer free delivery on all orders.
Customers within the Paphos area can order from our full range of products, including extra virgin olive oil, almonds, fresh fruits, seasonal vegetables, and other locally grown products.
Deliveries within Paphos are available on Tuesdays and Fridays and may be carried out either directly by us or through Akis Express collection and delivery services.
For customers in the rest of Cyprus, shipping is available only for selected dried products, including dried black-eyed peas (louvi) and dried broad beans (koukkia). These orders are shipped via Akis Express and can be dispatched daily, subject to product availability.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, seasonal conditions, courier schedules, and public holidays.
We reserve the right to modify delivery schedules when necessary due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if payment is not completed or if products are unavailable.
8. Availability
Product availability is subject to stock levels and seasonality. We are not responsible for temporary unavailability of items.
9. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of fresh agricultural products, refunds or cancellations are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Please contact us immediately for any issues.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party services or external factors beyond our control.
